The WM company is a professional supplier of plastic products, from the idea, design or prototype to the finished product, at any quantity, and in no time.

We are a supplier of fully comprehensive solutions, from the initial idea to the final product. We run a modern, computerized injection plant, and a well-equipped tool room.

We specialize at the production of details meeting the highest quality requirements, and advanced geometry. The production process, at each stage, is subject to the Quality Control system, based on the PN-EN ISO 9001: 2015-10 standard.

Stages of the implementation process

The WM company is a professional supplier of plastic products, from the idea, design or prototype to the finished product, at any quantity, and in no time.
The process of order fulfillment consists of four stages:

Recognition of the topic

Recognition of the order based on the description or documentation of the product. Consultation and advice on possible simplification and adaptation of the detail design to the technology (reduction of production costs), selection of material. Possible creation of models using the *Rapid Prototyping method. Final valuation, agreement on the completion date. Signing the contract or accepting the order.

Tool design

Tool design - injection mold. Preparation of technical documentation, later attached to the tool.

Tool making

We build injection molds using materials and components of the highest class companies such as FCPK Bytów(R) or HASCO(R). The injection molds manufactured by WM are fully universal tools that can be easily exploited in other injection molding plants.

Production of details

Serial production of the finished product at any quantity, from any plastic, in any color. Quality control at every stage of the process. Packing, storing and shipping to the Customer.

Technology

We work on an extensive and modern injection molding plant, based on computerized machines of global brands.

The computer-controlled injection molding machines, working in full automatic cycles, equipped with numerous peripherals, such as dryers, feeders, central cold rooms, improve and accelerate the production process. Every two years, on average, we systematically expand our machine park with a new injection molding machine, which gives us an increasing processing capacity and allows us to fulfill larger and larger customer orders..

We have implemented a number of investments in environmental protection technologies: plastics used in our production are fully reversible and reusable, thanks to internal recycling processes. We do not generate any waste, moreover, we buy plastic scraps in order to reuse them byourselves.
